Attractive double room in East London

I have a comfortable room for a professional female. It's a 7 minute walk to East Ham tube, and close to the vibrant local high street, with its many supermarkets, shops and cafes.

Westfield Stratford City shopping centre is 20 minutes away on tube or local buses.

The room's fully furnished with TV, broadband and storage space. Desk optional. There's also a large garden and pond, a bit overgrown, but very relaxing during summer.

You'd be sharing the house with the home owner. He's a friendly male but also very mindful of others privacy. So if you're not into noisy flatshares, and value personal space, then this might suit you.

After letting for a good few years, I've found females tend to be more considerate housemates. Cats welcome, sorry no dogs.

References required plus two weeks deposit. All bills included.
