Double room for single female

Hi

I have a double room in a houseshare for a professional female. It's close to East Ham tube, and a short walk to the busy high street with its many supermarkets and cafes.

Westfield Stratford City is about 20 minutes away on tube or local buses.

The room's fully furnished with TV, broadband and storage space. Desk optional.

There's also a large garden and pond, a bit overgrown, but very relaxing during summer.

You'd be sharing the house with just one other, a friendly male who is respectful of others privacy.

If you prefer a houseshare with lots of personal space, this might suit you.

After letting for a good few years, I've found females tend to make better, more considerate housemates..

Friends or family can visit anytime, but for general peace and quiet, not partners. Hope that makes sense. Cats welcome, sorry no dogs.
