Comfortable double room to let for a single female. The house is a 7 minute stroll from East Ham tube, and close to the vibrant local high street, offering many supermarkets, restaurants, shops and cafes.

Westfield Stratford City shopping centre is 20 minutes away by tube or local buses. East Ham tube is on the District line, and Hammersmith and City line.

The room's fully furnished with TV, broadband and storage space. Desk optional. The house also has a large garden and pond, a bit overgrown, but very relaxing during summer.

You'd be sharing the house with the owner. He's a friendly male who is also very mindful of others privacy.

This houseshare would be ideal for a calm, respectful female who values a peaceful living space.

After letting for a good few years, I've found females tend to be more considerate housemates.
