There’s a separate toilet and a walk-in shower at downstair and shared dining, kitchen and garden. Full time working professionals (single females) are most welcome o copying solely each room and rent mentioned including water, council tax, gas, electricity and wi-fi (including all bills).

This peaceful and calm accommodation is a shared property and renting rooms to lodgers who are working professionals or students only and does not allow couples and childrens.
