We're offering a bright and spacious loft room in our welcoming home, perfect for students or young professionals looking for a comfortable and convenient living space.

Move in date is negotiable.

The room comes fully furnished with a brand new double Muji bed that has ample storage underneath. There's plenty of storage, including a hanging wall rack, a chest of drawers (can add a second if needed) a bookshelf, a foldable desk, all of which are optional and can be removed if you prefer to bring your own furniture.

The room is newly renovated with new flooring and a new radiator.

The house itself is fully equipped with all bills included, including super-fast WiFi that reaches every corner of the house.

- **2 Bathrooms:** One upstairs (larger) and one downstairs, both with a shower and toilet.
- **Kitchen:** Equipped with a fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine and blender..
- **Other Amenities:** Washing machine and a garden.
- **Flatmates:** You’ll be sharing with 3 friendly female housemates, all either working full-time or studying at university.
- **Pets:** We have an outdoor cat who mainly keeps to himself.

We're looking for someone who is interested in a long-term stay. We're happy to accommodate any reasonable requests for additional items in the room.

We’re located just under a 10-minute walk from East Ham station, with quick access to central London—Oxford Street is just 35 minutes away, and Liverpool Street is only 20 minutes by tube. There are also plenty of bus options nearby, and you’re just a 15-minute bus ride from the Elizabeth line and DLR.

East Ham High Street is just a 5-minute walk away and offers a variety of shops including Boots, Superdrug, Primark, Sainsbury’s, two Lidls, Iceland, Tesco Express, Holland & Barrett, Poundland, and more. There are also numerous restaurants in the area, along with a wide range of takeaway options.

We have two shops on our road open until 11 pm, as well as two 24-hour shops just a 5-minute walk away.

We're looking for someone who will get along well with the current housemates. Since everyone is either working or studying, they generally keep to themselves and respect each other's space.
