Female preferred double room in Muslim family home

We have a double room in a Muslim family home available for rent.

We prefer a full time professional female. We're not offering room to two females or couples.

You will have access to two shared family WCs and bathroom and the kitchen.

You have access to a washing machine and a garden.

Our house is a 5 minute walk from East Ham tube station and ten minute walk from Upton Park tube station.

You will need to provide your own bedding but the double bed will come with the mattress.

We do have certain house rules that will be explained when you view the room.

The pics show room unfurnished but we will fit a wardrobe before the tenant moves in.
