Beautiful room in Prime Location for a working professional or student available immediately. Newly furnished with two single beds, a double wardrobe, and bedside tables.

The room is on the ground floor of a very pleasant family home spaciously spread on 2 floors. You will have access to the large communal kitchen and shower room on the ground floor. You will also have use of the washing machine and the garden to dry clothes.

As the other roommate is a female working professional and this is a halal household, we’d prefer a Muslim female housemate.

The house is opposite the popular Plashet Park and a 4 minute walk to East Ham tube station. It's also very close to all amenities, including Lidl, Gym Group, and High Street and Green St for all South Asian groceries.
