A bright and spacious double room is available in a friendly, 4-bedroom home, perfect for a female tenant. The house is fully furnished and includes shared access to two toilets (one with a bath) and a fully equipped kitchen. There’s also a large garden with a seating area.

Nala, our lovable cat, is part of the household. The home is a 10-minute walk from East Ham Station and close to a 24/7 Tesco. We maintain a peaceful environment with a no guests, no parties, and no drugs policy. Weekly cleaning of shared spaces is expected.

Currently, I have a tenant in the room who will be returning to Japan on October 31, 2024, after staying for two and a half years. The room will therefore be available starting November 1, 2024.
