DOUBLE ROOM IN EAST HAM - AVAILABLE 12TH DECEMBER!

Hi everyone,

A lovely sunny room has become available in our flat in East Ham!

Available: 12th December, however this can be negotiated with the landlord. Anytime in January would be absolutely fine.

Rent: £600 due on 9th of the month.
Bills: Average £150 per month. However this will be lower in the summer and higher in the winter months. This needs to be paid to me by the 28th of each month as I pay all the bills via direct debit.

Deposit: £600. We have a lovely private landlord who is really responsive. He'll need a work reference or a proof or earnings as well as a reference from a previous landlord.

Location: East Ham (E6)
Nearest transport: East Ham tube station (7 min walk). Manor Park Elizabeth Line station is about 20 minutes away by foot or even quicker by bus.

Shops: Lidl, Iceland, Tesco, post office, Primark are all a short walk from the flat. The flat itself is on a street off East Ham High Street

You would be sharing with just meet me and my cat Dempsey so someone who loves cats would be preferred. I currently work full time in a law library in central London and only work from home maximum one day per week.

It's a ground floor flat so no steps apart from one down to the living room and kitchen area. There's one bathroom with a bathtub and one toilet. The room itself is bright and colourful and is at the back of the house looking onto the garden so it's nice and quiet.

Ideally I'm looking for a new roommate who is 30+ and a working professional. Someone who is friendly , considerate and tidy and respectful, of others. I like the flat to be a clean and quiet environment to escape to after a busy day at work. This is not a party house but I'm always up for a chat and a glass of wine.
