Single Room in Pet Friendly house short term

Hi There

I am letting my single room which is normally my study from February for 3 to 5 months as won't be using it . Very important there is a dog as shown in the photos who is very friendly and two cats. You must be an animal person to stay, no need to for dog walks but she does want attention when you come home

Single room as shown has
bedding or bring your own. Desk, hanger and shelves included.

Knitchen with fridge and cupboard space and cooking items . Flat also has a washer / dryer

Living room is available for use. Sharing with dog, has a home cinema with netflex and amazon prime. Bar not included :)

Bathroom is recently renovated and as shown.

Deposit is 229 security.
Rent is 110 a week, paid two weeks advance for agreed stay. Lodger agreement as i own the flat.
