Double room to let females only

Double room to let in a very clean well maintained house. Brand new furniture in room, close to local grocery shops and takeaway shops. Very convinent to travel as bus comes outside house. Good london transport links buses and trains. 2 min walk to central parks and very close to eastham hi street. I do have a pet cat which is mostly outdoors but does come in from time to time.
