We're looking for someone to move into our place, we have a bedroom on the 2nd floor avaliable right now!
It's a lovely place with a garden, living room, tons of storage space, and loadsss of natural light. You'll be able decorate/paint/furnish the room however you want. If you're looking for somewhere long term and cosy to get settled in please get in touch!
The two of us living here at the moment are working professionals. We love our own space but we also really enjoy each other's company and super open to doing things as a household if you're down for that! x One of us has a lovely cat called Theo. She's super friendly and pics provided upon request.
We're a short walk away from Uptom Park station (zone 3) and an even shorter bus ride with good links to central London. Regarding bills - everything is included, but sometimes gas and electricity go over the usual amount (not much!) so we do split any additional costs but this doesn't happen often. The room is partially furnished with a bed and a wardrobe and a few shelves.
