Double room in recently renovated house

- Newly renovated house with open planned kitchen/living room, downstairs bathroom, garden. The vacant bedroom is upstairs (I sleep downstairs).
- Available furnished or unfurnished
- Very quiet residential area, near Central Park
- About 5 minutes to a supermarket, 10 minutes to East Ham High Street, 20 minutes walk to East Ham station and Newham Hospital
- Parking available and very close to North Circular
- Everyone in the house is in their 30s

This is a kind of house where everyone does their own thing but are friendly, respectful towards each other and have basic common sense and decency when using shared areas (e. g cleaning up after themselves, not playing loud music etc).

Looking for someone similarly sensible, respectful and quiet. Open to working professionals, students and DSS (no couples or pets).
