Hello there. We're looking for a female flatmate to take over a lovely, fully furnished and decorated ensuite double room in our beautiful 3-bed new-build home. What makes it extra special and cosy are the luxury additions, thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and convenient home life: an award-winning mattress, plush carpet, toasty underfloor heating, floating shelves, desk, wardrobe, floor to ceiling windows with black-out blinds and curtains for restful sleep. Homely, fully furnished and decorated, it’s well-equipped with everything you need so you can move straight in. We share modern appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, plenty of cupboards storage, and premium kitchen appliances to share: Ninja airfryer, Bosch kettle and microwave and all the kitchen baking and cooking equipment so you can easily prep meals. You’ll have your own ensuite bathroom.
Available from the September 13th.
Rent is 1080 per month, bills not included.
Deposit is £1080.
No reference required, just an employment letter / student loan letter will do - and would just like to have a casual chat to check we’re all a good match.

You would be joining two very nice, easy-going and considerate women in their twenties working in London (in marketing and pharmacy). We’ve created a relaxed and positive home vibe and so we're looking for a third flatmate to join our charming home who is clean and tidy (you'll want to regularly show the flat some TLC to keep it nice), independent, easy-going and not looking to host all the time and throw house parties. We occasionally come together to catch up, eat, have a laugh. At the same time, we live our own independent lives and enjoy coming back to a peaceful, clean and uncluttered space. We share the hallway, spacious open plan living room / kitchen and a little sun trap outdoor terrace with bistro table chairs and sun lounger. The flat is part of a cute and private gated new development with shared outdoor courtyard and bicycle storage, quietly tucked away off of East Ham high street. 2 mins walk from all amenities: buses, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Iceland, retail shops Boots, Superdrug, Primark, Poundland, cafés Costa, Starbucks, Macbear, fast food McD, KFC, the best samosas and 5 mins walk from East Ham tube station. It’s 10 mins walk to two big green community family-friendly parks.

East Ham high street, with all of its conveniences, is a busy, lively and multicultural area. It is quiet once you're inside the development but if you're looking for a tranquil and fully gentrified neighbourhood, then it might not be for you. If you don't mind hustle and bustle, then we can arrange a viewing.
