The house is only 3-4 minutes walking distance to East Ham tube station (east London) where there are 2 underground lines available, District line and Hammersmith&City line (please note, it is NOT in Hammersmith), easy access to central London (30 mins to Oxford street).

All the shops, supermarkets (Lidl, Sainsbury, Iceland, Tesco, etc..), all banks are on local high street, also just a few minutes walking distance to the house.

All the amenities are provided, e. g. high speed wifi, washing machine, 2 big Fridges &freezers, microwave, kettle, iron, toaster etc...and all cooking vessels, plates, cutlery, bedding linens etc. are all provided, very clean tidy spacious eat-in kitchen, 2 very clean showers/baths/toilets ground floor and first floor.

There are about 5 or 6 parks nearby within walking distance.

It's only 4 stations away by tube to Stratford Olympic centre and Westfield Stratford City.

Bus No.104 and No.238 will take you in 20 minutes directly to Stratford, the Olympic Stadium and you will find Westfield shopping mall which is Europe’s biggest shopping mall, which has approximately 300 stores and 70 restaurants, bars and cinemas.

It's also 20 minutes by tube to Canary Warf, the financial centre of London, is the East London’s trendiest going out hot spot, with lots of Bars, Pubs and Restaurants with great river view.
