Close to Upton Park and East Ham station. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. And is available from March.

I've been living here since July I love the area and the park just at the end of the road, which also has a cafe that serves a great coffee! My other flat mate is moving out in March it's been a sociable house hold often have a glass of wine and a chat in the evening but also welcome to our own space, so looking for a similar fit.

There's a spacious living room and dining area, with a large garden too, it's a clean and tidy household.
