Bright and airy available room for rent in a recently refurbished home in East Ham. The house is currently occupied by mother, daughter and another female tenant (who you'll be sharing the bathroom with). All residents in the property are Muslim females, so we're looking for someone similar. Strictly females only.

The bedroom is furnished with a Double bed, desk, bedside table and built-in wardrobes - it's on the 3rd floor of the house where there will be your room, the bathroom and the other female tenant.

About the current tenant:
I'm a 24 years old professional who works in digital marketing (work from home), so preference would be for someone to work from outside or a student as it would be easier to manage the bathroom between us.

I like going to the gym (I'm a proper gym rat lol), going to parks and nature, cinema and attending islamic lectures. Hopefully we're looking for someone clean, quiet and respectful, but also warm and open to become part of the family 🫶🏼

The house is located at a 10-15min walk from East Ham station, there are multiple bus stops right in front of the house that take to either central london or Barking/Ilford side.

All amenities are nearby: The Gym Group, Lidl, halal butchers and mini-markets, and the high street is just a 5 min walk away!

The room is available from the 1st of October inshallah
