Couples or students females are welcome to apply.

All residents are required to keep the room, kitchen, bathroom, and common areas clean and well-maintained at all times.
Kitchen and bathroom must be cleaned regularly after use.
All residents will take turns to do a deep clean of the kitchen and bathroom once a month.
Please wash dishes immediately after use and do not leave food or rubbish in common areas.
Keep personal belongings neatly inside your room and avoid blocking shared spaces.
Please respect other residents and maintain a quiet, clean, and comfortable environment.
Rent must be paid before the 10th of every month.
Water and electricity bills are not included in the rent and will be shared separately among the couples/residents.
Please use water and electricity responsibly.
