Sunny Double Room in East Ham

Large double room available in Victorian terraced house. The house has wooden floors, a small garden, and wireless broadband. It's 15-20 mins walk from both East Ham tube and Beckton DLR (both zone 3); if you take the bus it's quicker (nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away). From East Ham tube it's 30 mins into central London (Oxford Circus or Embankment).
There are two parks nearby with tennis courts and running track, and East Ham sports centre within 10 mins walk. If you drive, Canary Wharf is less than 15 mins, with its shopping malls, Waitrose etc, and City Airport is also close by.
I am looking for a responsible person (not two people or couples), whether they are a student or working. I am not a professional landlord - it is my house and I live in it, so I would be the only housemate. I am not a party animal, although I usually go to bed too late :-)
