East London Double Room Inc. All Bills

The house is a bright, recently renovated period property. It has a large living room, kitchen (inc. dishwasher and washing machine) and bathroom (both shower and bath) with a very cute garden at the back of the house.

The double room is on the first floor of the property and has a double bed and three double wardrobes. Rent includes all bills.

I am looking for a professional and friendly housemate. It is a relaxed, warm and welcoming house with a great community feel and the best neighbours in the world. I am Marketing Director looking for a like minded house mate who is friendly, respectful but most importantly clean and tidy and treat the house like it’s their own.

The house is a 15 minutes walk from East Ham tube station, which has excellent transport links: The Hammersmith and City Line and District Line as well as the DLR which is 20 minutes from the house. Travel to Liverpool Street is 35 minutes, Canary Wharf is 15 minutes and Stratford is 20 minutes. There are also great cycle routes into East London.
We also have a park round the corner from the house that is perfect for morning runs and has a great tennis court.

East Ham High Street is a 10 minute walk from the house, with a Lidl, Tesco, Sainsburys, Argos, Wilkinsons, and many excellent South Indian, Sri Lankan and Thai restaurants.
