The House
- 5 bedroom mid-terrace Victorian house on a multicultural and quiet residential street.
- Open-plan kitchen, living and dining space,
- Back garden with space to grow plants and vegetables

- The house is still quite rugged, but we are redecorating slowly and sensitively in order to retain its original character.

You will be living with..
- Two male, friendly, 30 year old architect/designers and a friendly 26 year old (female) brand strategist / designer
- Relaxed, clean, and houseproud.
- We work hard during the week (normally) and have our own lives and activities.
- We know how to have fun and often have friends over for dinner or weekend barbecues etc.
- We are active - we cycle/run/swim/ play sport
- We are keen gardeners and cooks
- We like making things out of wood - mainly furniture.
- We eat/cook together

Who we are looking for:
- Working professional, Creative Person, but someone who knows how to relax in the evenings and weekends
- Friendly, sociable person, someone who will add to the house dynamic and not simply use it as a B&B.
- We tend to eat / cook / wash-up together 2 or 3 times a week, so it would be great if you could get involved
