Relaxing spacious house, Bathroom & WC, Showroom & WC, large heated all year round conservatory. In bedrooms- 1 Double Bed, 1 double wardrobe, 1 built in wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, bedside table, lamp, outside aerial outlet,(free)broadband. The style of the house is of an eclectic nature, with a great relaxing feel about it. There is a 2 way fireplace in living room, dining room and a glass wall separates the kitchen from the dining room. The house is a semi-detached house that has an Oak Tree, Cherry Blossom Tree and Apple Tree and a garden that surrounds the house, with a park 10 seconds from the front door. The area itself is quite. There are cats in the house that are greatly de-stressing on the spirit. There is a Superstore park a 5 minute walk away(no need to venture down to East Ham High St)Also a 15 minute walk away is a large Health Centre/Gym with a swimming pool. I will organise the cleaning of the premises, but would expect the flatmate to clean up after themselves. Ideally the flatmate would be easy going, respectful, like animals and have a good heart. Although this is a quiet house if you fancied playing loud music you can, just do it with-in reason. I have many interests and a selection of friends from all walks of life; I'm out-going, energetic and as a practitioner of the Healing Arts (part time) can be very calm when needed. I must admit I do like a giggle though. So if you feel you would like a place to treat as a home, as opposed to a room that you rent, then this is the place for you.
