I have a double room available now at this lovely house in East Ham, 5 minutes from Tube Station. It is available now for rent long or short term.

The house has 5 rooms, all of which are rented by 3 females, 2 males. Looking for someone clean tidy and with a job or income to take the room. Students okay with proof of income

Its a large room good for work or study from home and has a double bed , 1 table can be provided and built in wardrobe as shown. Room has a lock for security.

Rent is £640 PCM including bills
Deposit is 640 , protected by my deposits

You must be
- Clean
- Passport ID required
- Have a job proof of employment /income required bank statement and payslip for long term

Dog : One house mate has a dog that lives at the house. The dog is friendly but does use the garden and hallway. Please do not apply to see the room if you dont like dogs or can't live with them. Last point the room will only be kept 2 weeks from view date.
