To share house with two females and one male – two British and one Belgian. Two of the tenants are gay. One of the tenants has a small, quiet dog. All are professionals and in their 20s, clean, quiet and friendly.
Male or female welcome but must be gay-friendly.
There is a cleaning rota.
Everything (including fibre Broadband) included in the rent except for gas and electricity which are on card/key meters. You should allow around £5 per person for week for this in Summer and around £10 in Winter (perhaps more in exceptionally cold weather).
15 min walk or 5 min bus ride from Upton Park station. On the N15 nightbus route.
Flexible contract - minimum one month. No maximum stay.
