I'm looking for a professional woman or someone with a full time job, to share a lovely, quiet, tidy, homely, secure, smoke-free flat.

The spacious flat is 5 minute by bus/10 minute walk from East Ham and Barking tube stations. It has a separate living room and kitchen. The furnished bedroom is medium sized double. It is central heated and newly decorated.

The room is available for single occupancy and one month's rent in required in advance.
