Luxury Flat-Great Location-Cheap Rent

This is my spacious 2 bedroom flat sitting on the 16th floor of a block with a lift and great views of Canary Wharf. The block is spitting distance to the DLR tram and also we have our own gym. Across the road is a well stocked supermarket and across the bridge is a further supermarket, ice cream shop and Italian restaurant.

I am an easy going guy and have owned this 2 bed/2 bath flat for a long while. I only use 1 bed/1 bath when we come up to visit family and friends. This leaves 1 double bedroom and a bathroom (no sharing) fully vacant for the right candidate. This bathroom has a bath and shower. If you are looking for a flat mate, this is NOT the property for you. If you are looking for a quiet and luxury space which 80% of the time you have all to yourself, then this could work out. You should be a clean and tidy person. When I visit my side of the flat, sometimes I am on my own and sometimes it is my wife and I, We tend to stay for 1-3 nights when we visit.

The flat is recently decorated and has a nice balcony with views of the river, is well furnished and the kitchen area is well stocked. We have a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven/grill, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle. The building has concierge who take in parcels and we have a bike storage room. We have excellent fibre optic and ALL bills will be inclusive apart from sharing Council Tax. The double bedroom can take a medium sized desk for a student, which we do not provide. For a professional, we prefer a work from office candidate with very limited work from home.

Very close by is a river walk facing the O2, Trinity Buoy Wharf and a water sport center is a short bus ride away. You can either walk (15mins), tram (7mins) or take a bus (10mins) into Canary Wharf where you will find excellent bars, restaurants, cinema and shopping.. Canary Wharf is where you will find Crossrail. The tram outside the flat also takes 13mins to get to Tower Hill or Bank Station, in the City.
