A large double room and a small double room, both fully furnished in a sunny panoramic penthouse with a balcony overlooking River Lea. It is a very modern apartment with great access to Canary Wharf.

The bedrooms are on the top floor of a penthouse apartment in a new development in Poplar. The large balcony opens up the living area. In summer especially, it's perfect for chatting over a drink, having dinner, or relaxing with a book.

The living area and the bedroom overlook the River Lea and Bow Creek, offering beautiful skyline views of London and breathtaking views of the City. Despite being close to Canary Wharf, the apartment is set back from the road, providing a quiet environment.

The apartment features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a large bathroom. It is conveniently located near various DLR and tube stations.

We are considerate and tidy, and I am looking for similar sharers. The room and flat are unsuitable for couples as a couple would change the dynamics. Also not suitable for students
