Private room for rent in a shared flat

We are currently looking for a friendly flatmate (girl only) for our social flatshare.

The is a lovely double room near Canary Wharf. ( Poplar)

The room is not fully furnished, only the big (brown) cupboard and the bed and mattress will stay. The bathroom is shared with another girl.
This is a friendly houseshare, I am moving out after 5 years and another girl has been there for 5 years too. Quiet flat but we like to spend time together and would like a like minded girl! Happy to answer any questions about the girls 😊

The flat itself is shared with 2 other girls in their late 20s. There is a large kitchen and dining area with a balcony, great for summer evenings. The flat is 5 years old, very good condition and clean.

East India DLR is a 11 minute walk which gets you to Bank in 13 minutes.
Langdon Park DLR is a 12 minute walk which gets you to Stratford, Canary Wharf and Greenwich quickly.

Canning Town ( jubilee line) is a 17 minute walk or a 10 minute bus journey.

Bromley by now ( district and Hammersmith and city line line) is a 17 minute walk and 10 minute bus Journey.
There are bus routes which can get you to Stratford and Canary Wharf in 15 minutes also.

Move in date: 27th of August
RENT: £860 pcm
BILLS: £100-£150 pcm

Heating and hot water hot water is paid quarterly which can be between £70-£150 ( can increase in winter.)
