This double room with a private bath is available for immediate move-in. The room is available until end of September when the current lease expires. However, you could apply for a new lease term starting from October.

The room is fully furnished, and the bath is just opposite the room. The apartment also features a spacious living room, kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer.

The property faces west, providing plenty of natural light and beautiful sunsets. The building is located directly opposite the East India DLR station and includes two gyms and a concierge. A grocery store is right across the street, and a Tesco Express is a 10-minute walk away.

The rent includes everything (bills, wifi etc) except Council Tax, which is in Band E.

About Me:
I currently rent out the other room in the apartment. I am a FinTech professional working in Central London, and I’m mostly occupied with work and part-time grad school. I greatly value privacy and a quiet living environment. I am respectful, considerate, and sociable, and I’m looking to share an apartment with someone who shares the same values. I work from home once or twice a week.
