'Double room' available with great storage space to rent from 9 January 2025. The apartment has a concierge and is 5 minutes away from Canning Town station which has the Jubilee line and DLR—20 minutes to London Bridge station and two stops from Canary Wharf, 60 minutes to London Heathrow Airport.

The price is no bills included, council tax, water, electricity/ heating roughly £200 per person per month.

The complex includes access to a modern health club fitness centre (private cinema, x2 swimming pool and x2 gym) and a 10-minute walk to local Morrisons/Sainsbury's nearby.

We are looking for a clean chilled-out flatmate to replace our flatmate who is about to leave the country. We are both working professionals and may work from home at times. I work in healthcare and my other flatmate works as a software engineer. We tend to be quite busy during the week but are up for any socials and drinks at the weekend.
