Spacious room in friendly flat near Canary Wharf

Hello there!

We are a friendly couple in a 2 bed 2 bath flat advertising for a flatmate on behalf of our agents. We are looking for a flatmate to join the 27th of June. It might be available earlier depending on how long the credit and reference checks take.

Averaged out across the year, bills would be about 160£ a month. We have fast broadband (1 GBPS). That includes council tax, gas, internet, and electric. Water is included in the rent.

We are looking for a clean and tidy person who is ideally a working professional, but will consider postgrad students.

We are not a party flat, but social gatherings are welcome! We work from 9 to 5:30 and would like someone who is not making a lot of noise past 10:30pm during the work week. We mostly use the en-suite in our room but sometimes use the outside bathroom.

We are both social people but also respect other people's privacy. We like to watch movies, play boardgames and discuss a variety of topics. I will also take you to all the nice coffee shops in the area if you are interested! :D
