My dear flatmate Amanda is sadly moving out due to a job relocation, so I’m looking for someone new to join this great flat that we’ve called home for the past two years.

*The Flat*:
• Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom setup
• You’ll have your own double room and your own separate large bathroom
• Massive open-plan living room and kitchen
• Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials (cutlery, cookware, etc.)
• There’s a desk and chair in the living room if you work from home

*The Location*:
• Just 3 minutes’ walk to East India DLR – super easy access to Canary Wharf, Bank, or the City Centre
• 1-minute walk to bus stops for D3, N550, and SL4 (free rides to Canary Wharf for one year!)
• Great local amenities and riverside walks nearby

*The Flatmate*:
You’ll be living with Marcy, a friendly and easygoing Italian professional who works full-time in the office and has quite some business travels. This means you’ll often have the flat—and especially the big living room—to yourself!

*Rent & Bills*:
• Rent: £1,025/month
• Bills: approx. £145–£185/month depending on usage, which includes:
• Hyperoptic WiFi: £14.50
• Council tax: £89.50
• Energy: £40–£80 (seasonal usage)
• Contract runs until March 2026 and can be renewed
