We’re Lou and Dean, two 30 year olds looking for a third housemate for our lovely flat in Canning Town/East India.
The Room:
• Spacious king-size with private en-suite
• Stunning views of the River Lea and the O2
• £1,250 per month
Location:
• 5-minute walk to East India DLR
• 15 mins to Canary Wharf
• 20 mins to Greenwich Park
We have a lovely big balcony of dreams and spacious living area.
Dean is 30 years old from Northampton working as a Barber and DJ/Producing. Lou works in Youth Work and is an artist and nail artist.
We’re all mates in the flat, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys hanging out, the occasional boogie and pub night, but also respects each other’s space and enjoys their own downtime. We’re keen to find someone with a similar vibe to keep the house homey!
LGBTQIA+ friendly household and we’re respectful of each others space.
Bills aren’t included and the move in date would July 24th.
