We have a lovely double room to offer, near East India DLR station, within walking distance to Canary Wharf. The flat contains two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a balcony.

We have lived here for around 15 years and find the immediate area to be safe, well-maintained, and peaceful, with numerous green spaces nearby.

We like to keep a tidy and relaxed space at home, we tend to leave people to their own devices, but we are sociable and friendly. This listing would only be ideal for animal lovers, as we have two dogs. They are well behaved, clean, and besides insisting on greeting you at the door when you come in, they won’t be in your way.

We are looking for someone easy to get along with. We don't allow smoking inside the house, but have no objection to smokers as long as they are ok with using the balcony. We aren't overly pedantic, but we do expect our lodgers to help keep the spaces they use clean.
