Description
Hello there, I'm looking for someone to take my lovely double room as I have recently bought a place and so need to move out.
The flat is modern and the room is a spacious double en-suite bedroom. There is also free gym access (which is empty most of the day) and it's only 20 seconds walk away from the flat.
The transport links are great:
* 5-8min walk to East India DLR station
* 10min walk to Canning Town Jubilee line Station
* 1min walk to a bus stop that will take you to Canning Town tube station
For groceries, there is a local coop in the village or you can walk over to Morrisons in Canning Town. There is also a convenience store about 3mins walk from the flat.
A bit about my flatmate - currently working as a software engineer and works around 2 days a week from home. He’s quite an easy-going person who enjoys the occasional chat/meal but at the same time respect each other's privacy. He also values cleanliness and likes to keep the flat tidy.
The rent does NOT include bills which on average comes to around £180 per month per person. The bills that we split are: electricity, council tax, internet, water and heating.
NOTE: there is also a minimum salary threshold of around £30k. Hence the room is not suitable for students.
The room will be available within the next week or so which is when I am due to move out. But I think moving stuff in beforehand should be fine.
