Hey - I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy for an en-suite double room in 3 bed 2 bath apartment in London City Island.
It's a modern building, with 24/7 concierge, two gyms, 2 pools (outdoor and indoor), sauna and steam rooms.
The other two flatmates are females in their mid-20s. Looking for a similar minded female.
Rent is £1,250 per month
Bills come out to approx. £120 per person (including council tax, water, energy, electricity, wifi)
Closest Tube Station: Canning Town (Jubilee, DLR); East India Station (DLR)
Closest Grocery Stores: Sainsbury's (right outside the building); Morrisons (5 mins), Nisa (7 mins)
