Sadly, my flatmate is leaving the house we share to move on to bigger and better things. Therefore I need to find someone else to take over and share the flat with.
Before you read any further - I am looking for male, someone who is their late 20s/ early 30s, clean, considerate and who DOES NOT wfh full time.
The flat is a two-bed, one bathroom, with large living room that fades into the kitchen.
There is a lovely balcony with view on the 02 (we are at the 8th floor)
Rent is £1195, including all bills.
The flat is literally 2 minutes away from East India DLR station, and 10-15 minutes walk to Canning Town
There is a Morrisons daily next to the DLR station, which comes in very handy as it is pretty well stocked!
About me: Giacomo, italian, 30 years old. I work as Personal Trainer in West London, so I never wfh. I am fairly quiet, friendly and clean. I would love to find someone who is both keen of becoming friends more than just flatmates, who is respectful of each other's space and rhythms.
