Hey! My current flatmate is moving on to new things in March, so I’m looking for someone new to take over the second bedroom in this 8th-floor flat. All bills are included, even broadband!

The Place:

It’s a 2-bed, 1-bath with a big open living area and kitchen.

The best bit is definitely the balcony it looks right over the O2 and is a great spot to hang out (big enough to chill on it).

Location-wise, we’re 2 minutes from East India DLR, so getting into Canary Wharf or the City is super easy. There’s a Morrisons right downstairs too, which is a lifesaver.

The rent is £1195 and that covers everything (council tax, energy, water, and fast internet), so no need to worry about splitting bills or price hikes.

A bit about me:

I’m Giacomo, 30, originally from Italy. I work as a PT over in West London, so I’m usually out of the house early and back in the evening. I’m pretty active (gym, running, cycling) but also love cooking and a good book.

I’m looking for a guy in his late 20s or 30s who is clean and easy-going. Since I’m out all day for work, I’m ideally looking for someone who also works mostly from an office or studio rather than full-time from the living room. It just helps keep the flat a nice, relaxing space for both of us to come back to.

I’d love to find someone I can grab a beer or a coffee with occasionally, rather than just passing each other in the hallway!
