A bright furnished spare room available in a calm, tidy flat, ideal for a working professional who works five days a week in the office and values a quiet home environment.

You will have your own private large bathroom outside your room but right opposite the hallway.

The room is £1,275 per month, with gas, electricity, and water included.
Council tax and broadband are separate.

It’s available end of Feb - Early March to take over my current flatmate’s tenancy. The contract is two years with a one year break clause for flexibility.

This is a relaxed and respectful household - not a party flat. I’m looking for someone very clean, kind and considerate who treats the flat as a place to unwind and recharge.

This would suit someone who enjoys their own space, keeps things easygoing, and appreciates a calm quiet atmosphere during the week.

No pets are allowed unfortunately or smokers.

About me:
- I work from home every day
- I’m very much a homebody although I do enjoy training the gym going on walks and catching up on Netflix, F1 and football games
- I work in marketing within YouTube and podcasts as a producer/strategist and also have worked across some football clubs and an F1, so I’m a huge sports fan as well
- I value someone who is very laid-back, calm, independent, values their own space but is enjoys a laugh, is kind and respectful
