Short let one bed East India

Hello!
I have one bed flat available to rent for short period of time, two months only, 31st October until 1st January 2027.
The flat is fully furnished with kitchen equipped.

£1500 bills included + £103 council tax, for one person.
Couples to be consider but the cost will be higher, with bills and council tax fully paid by the tenant. The rent is reduced and very attractive, in return you would take a good care of my place and my cat for two months. I’m away from London, and looking for someone who’s in a transition between the flats, who’s caring and kind to look after my friendly female cat Kiki.

Dates available aren’t flexible.
