Who would suit the flat
I’m ideally looking for a working professional aged 26+ who is tidy, respectful, easy to live with, and reliable with rent and bills. A vegetarian flatmate would be a plus, though it is not essential.

The room is suitable for one person only. Occasional guests are absolutely fine, but it would best suit someone who is looking for a settled and respectful home environment rather than a flat with frequent overnight visitors.

The room is becoming available as my current flatmate is getting married and moving into a new place with his wife.
