Modern Flat East India Docks

My flatmates are moving out, so I’m looking for new flatmates to join me on the next tenancy contract and make the flat feel like home 😊🌸

Room 1: largest room with en-suite bathroom. Space for a desk and plants. Rent is £1165 excluding bills.

Room 2: Medium size room with shared bathroom with third tenant (me). Rent is £1045 per month excluding bills.

Bills: £140 per month includes electricity, council tax, WiFi, heating and hot water.

Water: £114 paid twice per year.

I’m hoping to find someone who is clean, tidy, considerate and sociable, and who enjoys having a friendly atmosphere at home. I love hosting dinner parties and getting together to celebrate occasions such as Chinese New Year, birthdays and Christmas, so it would be great to live with people who are up for sharing meals, having a drink, or doing activities together from time to time.
