Two Double Rooms in friendly house w/ garden

Hi everyone! We are looking for two housemates to join our lovely house in East India/Canning Town as our housemates are moving back to Canada.

We are a relaxed, clean & friendly bunch who like to hang out but equally respect eachother’s privacy!

Our house is on a safe street with great connections. We are less than 10 mins walk from the Jubilee Line and the DLR. There are several buses to East London and a night bus to Central. London City Airport is 15 mins away. We are also on the cycle superhighway and close to the uber boat! There is a parking permit available if needed.

We keep the house clean and all contribute. We have a huge kitchen, cosy lounge & even a garden which we love in the summer. We’ve also recently had double glazing fitted with shutter blinds & new radiators. We have Virgin Media & speedy Internet and there are two bathrooms (1 with a bath).

The first room available is a double room on the ground floor and the rent is £900PCM - it is available from August 1st and bills average out at around £100 a month.

The second room is a huge double room upstairs with sash windows and plenty of storage space. Rent is £975PCM and is available from October 1st. Bills also £100/month on average.

The contract is for 12 months minimum but ideally longer term. The deposit is one month's rent secured with the TDS.
