The bedroom features a queen-size double bed, a large chest of drawers, and a decent-sized wardrobe with a mirror and space for a desk. (The desk in the picture is free so if you would like to keep it, it can stay otherwise it will be removed).

The flat also includes a spacious living room and kitchen. As a bonus, there’s a large balcony perfect for gatherings or enjoying a relaxed Sunday brunch. There is also a spacious storage cuboard and utility closest that includes a washing machine and hoover.

East India Station (DLR) is just a 7-minute walk away. Along the way, you’ll pass several shops, including a popular choice, Gelato A Casa, a Greek ice cream parlour offering the best ice cream in town! A Tesco Extra will be opening very soon, only 2 minutes from the station. You'll also walk past a beatiful river definitely feels like it's not London sometimes! There is also a PURE Gym 2 mins from the station.

In the local area, you’ll find a Sainsbury’s Local, Welcome Aberfeldy Village (a Co-op franchise), and several charming cafés and family-run restaurants with friendly service. Canning Town Station is about a 20-minute walk from the flat, where you’ll have access to Morrisons, Superdrug, Co-op, McDonald’s, Domino’s, and more family-run restaurants.

Additionally, as a resident, you’ll have access to an on-site gym and a 24-hour concierge service, which is incredibly convenient for receiving parcels when you’re not at home.
