✨ amazing modern room in a 2 bedroom flat ✨

Hello everyone!!
My name is Soundous :) I was born in Italy but I am half Arabic french I have been living in London for over 13 years. Soon my contract will change and I am looking for someone to come and join me in a beautiful modern 2 bedroom flats with 2 bathrooms with gym. Ideally i would like to share the flat with a girl! lam a free lancer working in the creative industry and i am also studying. I am very stable and precise in terms of payments etc and i would like to share with someone similar to me etc.
I usually wake up early in the morning and then leave the house after couple of hours. I workout around 4/5 times × week and go working in a coffee shop at least 3/ 4 days × week.
I am not really a party girl but i like outdoor and indoors activities with friends like dinner and stuff related to art or sport.
I am very friendly but also introvert extrovert. I like spending time with people but I need some lonely time too to balance lol
I am very respectful super tidy and I like to have a good energy in the house and in life in general. I believe that it's very important to create a cozy and respectful environment. I am an artist and a queer person and I super open minded and also very laid back.
