Large Double Room in Putney

We have a double room to let in a three bedroom flat. The room comes furnished with a king sized bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and shoe rack. Neutral decor.

The flat:

You'll be sharing with myself and one other woman with are both 25 and working professionals. We have a very spacious living/dining room with two sofas, a table, a television and a small dining table for four. We have a balcony on looking a communal front garden. We have on toilet room and one bathroom with shower and a bath. The bathroom is very modern, just been done along with the kitchen. Kitchen comes with a washing machine and a large new fridge freezer.

The area:

Putney is an amazing area. We are off the main road but a 2 minute walk from a small high street of cafes, restaurants, shops and a Sainsburys petrol station for groceries. Around a 15 minute walk is the main high street with highstreet shops, cocktail bars, restaurants, cinema alongwith a large Sainsburys. On that high street is putney train station around a 20 minute walk from the flat. Putney Bridge is our closest tube on the district line around a 15-20 minute walk or jump on the bus right by our flat and get dropped off right outside the tube station in under 5 minutes. Along the back of the flat is the river for walks and bike rides. Bus stop right by our flat with the 265, 22, 387, 485, 220 towards loads of areas Oxford Circus, Hammersmith, Tolworth and Wandsworth. Short walk to Putney High Street can get you access to many other bus routes to Kensington, Shepards Bush and more. Barnes is also around a 20 minute walk away with shops, restaurants and a cinema.

- We have free parking on the street around the building and ASDA is a short 10 minute drive away.
- Bills are not included and can range from £60-70 a month
- Contract is 6 months minimum and then monthly rolling
