Double room in homely flat - Putney

Hi! Our housemate is sadly leaving us beg March, so we’re looking for a new person to join our lovely homely chilled flat. I (Lou) work in marketing, and Olivia works in fashion. We both have our own lives in London but love to catch up in the evenings and go for the occasiona sunday brunch!

The room is a large bright double room on the first floor of a beautiful period property with a huge garden. Open plan kitchen lounge, large bathroom with separate shower and bath, and each bedroom also has its own sink - fab for skincare/beauty routines!

3-4 minutes walk from East Putney tube station, and 8 minutes walk from Putney Station and Putney High Street, PureGym 5 minutes walk away, and Little Waitrose (2 minutes walk away), Co-op and Sainsbury’s all less than 5 minutes away!

We’re looking to host viewings within the next fortnight, and confirm the housemate by early Feb! Our landlord requires every tenant to have a Guarantor, and they must be a UK homeowner to be eligible.

Bills aren’t included but are around £110 per month, and we split the costs of things like loo rolls, washing up liquid etc through Splitwise.
