Description
Hi,
Unfortunately I am moving out and have this bright, double room to rent in fantastic location in Putney!
The room is spacious and easily fits double bed, side table, a desk, a wardrobe and some shelving units;
Our current flat mate has her own furniture, which she will be taking with her upon moving out, but it will remain furnished with a double wardrobe as well as with a double bed (with mattress included).
The bathroom will be shared between the new tenant and one of us only, as one of the other rooms is en-suite.
The whole property is a split level conversion and it’s been fully refurbished 3 years ago; everything in the flat was brand new and we were the first tenants to move in.
It is super bright, spacious and offers neutral decor throughout; big kitchen with all mod cons (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer), dining space, massive lounge, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms
There is a direct access to a cute little garden and on-street parking is also available.
All bills come up to around £70-80 pp/pm.
There is a reference check required upon a new person moving in.
** All amenities located nearby**
East Putney station (zone 2!) just 5 min walk;
Putney train station, 10 min;
Lots of bus connections including day and night buses;
5 min walk to the river and thames footpath;
Wandsworth Park is just down the road - 3min walk.
Easy access to Wimbledon and Richmond Park (perfect for walks, runs, cycling and picnics!);
Huge Sainsbury’s and Southside Shopping centre, as well as smaller local shops are just round the corner;
Lots of entertainment nearby.
About us:
We are Dominika and Sylwia; professional females age 33 and 37.
We are both fairly active, trying to keep fit and eat healthy, but also impartial to occasional take away and a glass of wine;)
Our broad interests include rowing, kayaking, running, cycling, yoga;
socialising, exploring London (when Covid was not around);
reading, cooking, baking.
We are both very clean and tidy and would expect the same from our new flat mate.
Due to current circumstances, we work from home and would like to live with someone mindful of that; in the evenings we are both very sociable, but also may be in need of some quiet time.
Ideally, we would like to share with like-minded person of a similar age, who is sociable and keen to share a meal, or a glass of wine together and is open to investing their time and energy into making a flat share work well..
It is really important to us, that we maintain open and communicative atmosphere in the flat and that we live with someone warm and social, who treats others with kindness and respect and is honest from the start about what they expect from a house share.
We would love someone who thinks of us as new friends:)) and treats our flat like home, rather than just a place to live in
You will also be sharing with a very sociable cat, Frank. So love for pets is an absolute must.
Frank is an indoor cat only, so this may not suit people who love having windows wide open in the summer.
If you are interested, or have any questions, please get in touch
Thanks for getting this far!
