I’m sociable and enjoy good conversations, long walks, and making the most of the beautiful parks nearby (Bishops Park, Wandsworth Park, Putney Heath, and more).

About the Flat & Room:

Rent: £1,050

Bills: £150 (includes internet, utilities)

Deposit: £1,000

Admin fees: £50
