Hi everyone!!
Our names are Sarah and Willow and we are on the hunt for a super fun third flatmate to join the party in late November!
(We are looking for preferably a female to fill the room!!!)
For you to get an idea on who you are moving in with, Sarah (left) is 22 years old and from Australia and Willow (right) is 31 and from New Zealand. We are both professionals but love to be super social after work hours and unwind by having a drink or ten. 🥂 (Maybe even binge a few Netflix series)
We like to have our friends over for drinks, host dinners (must be down for a flat version of come dine with me) and checking out all the pubs Putney has to offer plus the pub quizzes!
You must be smarter than us so someone is able to carry the team!! 😜
We’d like for you to feel apart of the family and we also respect and understand that we need our own personal time/space too!
As for the room we are advertising, it is a double bedroom for £525pcm.
The only bills that aren’t included in rent are the council tax and electric/gas, which split between 3 people comes to around £40-60pcm.
It is a decent sized bedroom, including furniture and a reasonable sized wardrobe.
The toilet is separate from the shower, perfect if you take too long in the bathroom!!!
We share all the utensils in the kitchen but please feel free to provide your own if you feel more comfortable!
The lounge is such a big and lovely space that we are still adding to it to make it feel more at home and would love for you to also contribute to this!
There is a very green and large communal garden shared with the other tenants living in the flats that sometimes when you look out your bedroom window you forget you’re living in London!!!
it is based a quick 5 minute walk from East Putney station which has the district line and another 10 minute walk from the heart of Putney/Putney station where you can get the train to Clapham Junction in minutes.
Transport links are very reliable and easy to access from our flat!
We are near a load of pubs and bars, fast food and restaurants, a decent sized mall and a cinema.
We have Putney Bridge a close 15 minutes walk where you can catch some beautiful sunsets!
There is a Waitrose, a Lidl, Tesco’s, Sainsburys (and even more) all within a short walking distance!
The flat is based in a really great and convenient area and is surrounded by some beautiful houses!
