Outside of work, I like reading (A Month in the Country was my favourite book this year), going to the pub and playing sports (football, golf, cycling, running). I am not around much meaning the room would suit someone with an existing friend-group in London/someone looking for a quiet and relaxing base.
It's a bit of a walk to the tube (0.7 miles to either East Putney or Southfields). There is separate bike storage with enough space for multiple bikes - this is how I get around.
I am looking for a young professional, male or female. No couples or pets unfortunately.
Move-in date is flexible but available from Jan 2026.
No bills (council tax, internet, electricity) included. A cleaner comes once a fortnight.
