Rent:
£930, all bills inclusive (gas, electric, water, internet, tv licence and council tax).

Rent can be negotiated if you are not working from home most of the time xx

In the immediate vicinity there are some great cafes, restaurants, bars and convenience shops. Putney High Street is minutes walk away and there are numerous supermarkets close by. Less than 15 mins-walk to Thames riverside.
