The flat is a beautiful & spacious 3 bedroom flat in a perfect location! It’s a 1 minute (if that) walk to East Putney Tube, a 9 min walk to Putney Mainline. Sainsbury’s, Co-op & Waitrose are all less than 30 seconds away but most importantly so is the East Putney Tavern!
You will be sharing with 2 others (Amy & Georgie - both in their 30’s) who are the best flat mates you could ask for.
Rent is £930 a month & bills are approx £100/£120 a month).
The room is a massive En-suite with high ceilings & large windows. The room comes unfurnished.
I am looking for someone who is relaxed, tidy, fun and willing to be sociable but also someone who also has their own life outside the flat too.
The room is ready now so can move in ASAP but can be a bit flexible on dates.
Deposit is £952.
